Our Story

For the longest time I felt very lost. I was just kind of meandering around with no direction with my life. The homies had their lives going on and I was just kind of there. I lived a scripted life of “this is what you’re supposed to do.” I tried to be okay with it, but the more I kept going the more friction I felt. There was a resistance brewing the more I kept trying to fit in a box that was never meant for me. The truth was simple. I was miserable. I kept perpetuating my own suffering and I was no longer doing the thing I was meant to align myself with. There was something I know I am meant to do. I’m an artist and I need to create.  

I wanted to pursue art. So, I created the habit to draw and to create and eventually something just clicked. The more I felt right. I didn’t know how to make it work.  Or, more accurately said is that I was afraid to make it work. So, this is me trying to make it work, because this is what I meant to do. This is my purpose and although it can be frustrating at times. I still love it. It took me a while to figure that out my purpose and now I’m looking to find a place for this purpose.
